Privacy Policy
This policy explains what EvoQuest Sports Science collects through this website, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to meet India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the EU GDPR, because this site serves athletes in both places.
What we collect
When you submit a booking or enquiry form we collect: athlete name, email address and/or phone number, athlete age, sport, training goal, delivery preference and preferred time. For athletes under 18 we additionally collect a parent or guardian name and their consent. For squad enquiries we collect organisation name, role, squad size and your notes.
We also record the page you submitted from, the referring page, and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived through. We store a one-way hashed version of your IP address for spam prevention. We do not store your raw IP address.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, to schedule and deliver the service you asked for, and to keep a record of consent. Our lawful basis is the performance of a contract and, for the optional newsletter, your consent.
Children's data
Where the athlete is under 18, the booking cannot be submitted without a named parent or guardian and their explicit consent. We will not knowingly process a minor's data without that consent, and a parent or guardian may request deletion at any time using the contact address below.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in a MySQL database on our hosting provider's servers and mirrored to a Google Sheet accessible only to EvoQuest Sports Science staff. Notification emails are sent to our business email account.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to measure how this site performs. Neither loads until you accept cookies. If you decline, no analytics or advertising script runs and the site works normally. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept only for as long as they are needed to respond to you and deliver the service, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Write to evoquestsports@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except the hosting, email and analytics providers named above, and only as needed to run the service.
