The problem

You can’t fix what you haven’t identified.

Training harder does not necessarily address the quality that is limiting you. Strong but slow. Powerful but unable to repeat it. Fast in a straight line but inefficient when changing direction.

“I feel strong.”But is it the right strength for your sport?
“I train hard.”But are you training the right quality?
“I want to get faster.”But where is your speed being lost?

The assessment starts with the question — not the equipment.

The process

Nothing about the session is a surprise.

Define the demand

Your sport sets the questions. We establish the movements, intensities, physical qualities and competitive demands that matter to your sport and position.

Identify the questions

We don’t test by checklist. Your goals, training history, current phase and known limitations decide what gets assessed.

Measure

The assessment answers those questions. Relevant qualities are measured with objective testing, not observation alone.

Interpret

Numbers become priorities: meaningful strengths, limitations and the areas most relevant to your next phase of training.

Your profile determines what we test.

What we measure

We don’t test everything. We test what matters.

Your assessment is built around the questions that matter for your sport, position, goals and current training phase. Pick a quality to see how it is measured.

Question

How quickly can you create and build speed?

We measure sprint performance and acceleration to identify where speed is gained — or lost.

Elite lab technology

Measure what matters.

Objective insight to understand performance, find the opportunities and make better decisions — for every athlete.

Speed

The split second the eye misses.

Gates at the 10, 20 and 30 metre marks show where top speed arrives, where it starts to drop, and how well it is held across the whole run. On the pitch, GPS adds top speed and acceleration in real play.

From data to direction

A test result isn’t the answer. It’s the start of the question.

A number only becomes useful when it changes what happens next. We interpret your results against your sport, training phase, goals and individual profile — then decide what to maintain, develop or prioritise.

Honest fit

Who this is for — and who it is not.

This is for you if

  • You train at least three times a week
  • You have a season or a goal you are working toward
  • You want to know why, not just what to do
  • You are willing to change your training based on what we find

This is not for you if

  • You want a general fitness programme
  • You are looking for a one-off session with no follow-up
  • You are currently under active medical treatment for an injury (see your clinician first)
  • You want guaranteed outcomes — we measure and adjust, we do not promise
Results

Measured change. Not just testimonials.

Every case shows where the athlete started, where they are now and over what timeframe. Change is not always a bigger number — it can be asymmetry reduced, strength held through a season, or a return toward a previous level.

What the profile found

Badminton · national singles

Squat-jump power at the 98th percentile — but 10 m acceleration at the 16th and a 20.6% drop-off across six repeated sprints. The strength was there; it was not reaching the court.

Performance, In Practice

Athletes and coaches applying a more informed approach to performance.

“What sets EvoQuest apart is the depth of assessment behind the training. Their sports-science technology provides objective insight into performance, and the training is then built around those findings. It brings a genuinely individualised approach to performance.”

Badminton Sugil Abbas Founder, Sugil Badminton School · International Medalist · Represented India

“What I value about EvoQuest is how they combine sports science with practical coaching. Technology provides objective insight into what an athlete needs, but the real value comes from turning that information into meaningful training decisions. That is an important part of modern athlete development.”

Swimming Shruthi Mahalingam Asia Medalist · Swimming Coach, Australia

“My assessment results showed me exactly where I could improve. The programme was built around them, so every session had a clear purpose.”

Badminton Aadhira Rajkumar International Medalist · U-19 · India Rank #3 – Women’s Singles

“EvoQuest tests what MMA actually demands, then builds the training around the results. My preparation became more targeted, not just heavier.”

Mixed Martial Arts Belbin Samraj IMMF Contracted Athlete

“EvoQuest looks beyond basic fitness. The testing showed me what sits behind my performance and gave my training a clear direction.”

Ultimate Frisbee Goutham Balakrishnan International Frisbee Player

“The assessment showed me where I could improve and why I was doing each part of my training. It made my cricket preparation more structured.”
