Rescheduling

You may reschedule an assessment free of charge if you let us know in advance. We will offer the next available slot.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel, tell us as early as possible. Contact us and we will confirm the refund that applies to your booking.

Missed appointments

If you do not attend and have not told us in advance, the session is treated as delivered and is not refunded. We will always try to reach you first.

If we cancel

If we cancel or cannot deliver your session, you receive a full refund or a rescheduled session at your choice.

Programmes

Ongoing coaching may be cancelled by letting us know in writing. Fees already paid for a period in progress are not refunded, but no further payment is taken.
